6.00am 15 degrees wind SE 13km/h. 30 km with 11 P&W's 35.3km/h average 47km/h max.

5.50pm 21 degrees wind S 20-26km/h. 55km solo. 32.4km/h average 42km/h max.
Legs still sore after yesterdays run!
